Our Purpose

At PE+Co, we understand that providing excellent care is only one part of what it takes to build a successful practice. 

While most clinicians enter practice with strong clinical training, the business side is often learned on the fly. Compliance, systems, technology, visibility, and ongoing operational decisions can quickly become overwhelming, even for highly capable providers.

PE+Co is a Membership Services Organization (MSO). We do not provide clinical services.  Instead, we support the non-clinical side of private practice so clinicians can focus on their work without carrying the full weight of infrastructure and operations alone. We exist to provide the essential elements—operational infrastructure, identity, and community—that allow clinicians to practice with the ease of a collective while maintaining full ownership of their practice. Our model offers the benefits of common systems and professional community without sacrificing autonomy, income, or clinical independence.

We believe clinicians do their best work when they’re supported by strong systems and surrounded by thoughtful, like-minded peers. That’s why we’ve created a collaborative environment where clinicians retain full control of their practice while gaining access to a turnkey infrastructure, branding, visibility, shared resources, and an active professional community. We exist to serve independent clinicians—not to oversee clinical work or operate as a group practice.

Through HIPAA-aligned infrastructure, curated technology, shared visibility, and optional branding support, Practice Elements + Co. removes the friction of running a practice—so clinicians can focus on delivering high-quality care without getting lost in administrative complexities. In other words, Practice Elements + Co. provides the framework that makes practice easier.
